Overview

Automatically syncs your Notion pages within Lorikeet, transforming your existing knowledge base into reference material for AI-powered customer support. Eliminate the need for manual content duplication and deliver accurate responses using your up-to-date documentation, FAQs, and product guides.

Syncs selected Notion pages with Lorikeet automatically. No manual updates required when your content changes.
Choose specific pages and workspaces to sync. Import only the reference material you want. Syncs all Notion content types including text and tables. Comprehensive knowledge base for customer inquiries.

How to use

1. Setup: Navigate to Integrations in Lorikeet dashboard → Click Connect on Notion → Authorize workspace access → Select pages/databases to share
2. Configuration options: Choose specific pages or entire workspaces, filter out sensitive content
3. Currently supports: Pages (text, headers, structure) and Blocks (text blocks, lists, embeds)
4. Coming soon: Templates, Databases, and Page/database templates
5. Troubleshooting: Check selected pages, verify update frequency, and review page permissions if content isn't syncing
