BriefPilot turns messy client briefs into structured, professional project scopes. Paste any rough notes, emails, call summaries, or project descriptions and BriefPilot will score the brief, flag gaps, generate a complete scope, and track the project in a database automatically.

Key features:

• Brief Scoring (0-10): Every brief is evaluated against 10 criteria deliverables, timeline, budget, success criteria, target audience, existing assets, decision maker, technical requirements, content responsibility, and revision process.
• Prioritized Clarification Questions: Questions are triaged into Must Confirm (top 3 critical gaps) and Good to Clarify (remaining gaps). Each question asks exactly one thing and is ready to copy-paste to your client.
• Scope of Work: Concrete deliverables with quantity, format/handoff specs, revision assumptions, and estimated timelines. Not vague categories specific, actionable line items.
• Smart Complexity Scaling: BriefPilot automatically classifies projects as Small (1-2 deliverables), Medium (3-5), or Large (6+) and scales the output format accordingly. Small projects get lean bullet lists. Large projects get risk assessments.
