Looks like a solid base for a real estate agent looking to fully customize and partially automate his/her workflow. Worth using!

good template to expand on

I'm a real estate agent and this is a very solid template to use, I think the only thing that doesn't work for me is the follow up area, the formula doesn't seem to be working. but besides that slight inconvenience its great and its FREE!
