Notion verifies organizations in-house using the documents you provide us and public databases. Please submit all of your documentation along with your application to ensure our team can verify your organization.
Your organization must currently be on the Plus Plan in order to receive the 50% discount. If you are on a Free Plan, please upgrade to Plus when you apply for the discount. Once your organization is verified, our team will automatically apply the discount and you will receive an automatic email from Notion notifying you of this change. How do I apply for the Notion for Nonprofits discount?
To apply, please submit your organization’s information via the Notion form. Once your organization is verified, our team will automatically apply the discount to your Plus Plan. If you are on a Free Plan, please upgrade to Plus when you apply for the discount. Once your organization is verified, our team will automatically apply the discount and you will receive an automatic email from Notion notifying you of this change. After you receive this email, you can email our support team, [email protected], to request a 50% refund on the initial purchase.
To submit your application, Notion needs your Workspace ID. You can find this ID under Settings → General, at the very bottom of the tab.

We offer 50% off our Team plans for administrators, staff, and educators in K-12. We require documentation supporting your institution's accreditation and/or nonprofit status in the application form. Reach out to your institution's central administrator for the documentation.
