I didn't realise how much i needed this!
As someone who already does weekly and monthly journals, this takes it to another level! There's an even deeper level of depth and intention with journalling about each facet of my life that this tracker prompts you to talk about. And having it visually track over time AND summarise a letter to myself are just some of the features that i LOVE!T
