About
Mobster for Mac runs an agent on your real iPhone, in the apps you already use. You give it a task in plain words, such as "Check which clients replied to me on Instagram today", and it opens the apps, reads the screen and gives you the answer.
With the Mobster connection, each finished task becomes a page in a Notion database you pick. The page title is the workflow's name and the answer, such as "Lead check: Sam replied: yes, 3 seats." Each column whose name matches a field of the result fills in: Answer, Status, Finished, Reason, Workflow, Run, the workflow's blanks and the fields of the answer's data. Text, number, select, multi-select, date, checkbox, URL, email and phone columns work. The whole answer and its data are always in the page itself, so nothing is lost when no column matches.
Mobster sees only the pages and databases you share with it when you connect. It reads the database's columns and adds pages. It doesn't read user information.
Mobster never adds the same page twice. If Notion doesn't answer, the delivery stops and tells you to check the database. Passwords, one-time codes and card numbers in a result arrive masked.
You need Mobster for Mac and an iPhone.

How to use
- Install Mobster for Mac from
https://mobster.dev/download
and connect your iPhone. - In Mobster, open Settings › Connectors. Under Add a connector, choose Connect beside Notion, then Connect Notion.
- Notion opens in your browser. Choose the pages and databases Mobster may use. Choosing a page includes the databases inside it.
- Back in Mobster, pick the database under Database, then choose Add.
- Choose Send a test. Mobster reads the database and says which columns it fills, such as "Connected to Leads. Fills Answer, Status." It adds no page.
- Run a task or a workflow that sends its result to Notion. When it finishes, its result is a new page in your database.
To pick another database later, choose Edit › Connect again on the destination. To disconnect, delete the destination in Mobster, or remove Mobster from the database's connections in Notion.
