About

The Unthread–Notion integration connects real-time collaboration in Unthread with structured documentation in Notion, allowing both platforms to work together seamlessly. Notion acts as the central knowledge base, storing key information such as FAQs, product guides, and internal processes, while Unthread brings that knowledge into Slack-based workflows. When a new question or support request arises in Unthread, it can automatically surface relevant Notion pages to provide instant, accurate answers without leaving Slack. At the same time, insights from Unthread conversations can be captured and added back into Notion to keep the knowledge base up to date. This two-way connection ensures that information flows continuously between platforms—making knowledge easier to access, maintain, and improve over time.

How to use

Connect Notion as a knowledge source to power Unthread’s AI with your internal documentation. Once connected, Unthread can reference your Notion pages to provide accurate, consistent answers when questions or requests come up in Slack. As your team updates or adds new information in Notion, Unthread automatically keeps the knowledge base current—making it easy to access and maintain shared information without extra effort.
