1. Create your InboxPilot account and sign in.
2. Complete the quick onboarding process to tell InboxPilot about your business.
3. Connect your email inbox (Gmail or Outlook).
4. Connect your Notion workspace and choose the pages, databases, FAQs, SOPs, and documentation you want InboxPilot to learn from.
5. Configure your preferences, including draft-only or auto-send mode, writing tone, routing rules, labels, and automations.
