This all-in-one Notion template is designed to help you organize and manage your entire plant collection, track care routines, and access resources for maintaining your plants. From plant profiles to a detailed care calendar, inventory management, and even a propagation tracker, this dashboard serves as your personal plant care assistant.

My Plant Collection: This section allows users to add and manage profiles for all their plants. Each Plant Profile includes properties to organize and track plant care, such as type, location, and specific needs. Users can easily access and update details at any time. The template comes with pre-set properties but can be customized to suit specific needs. Record progress with notes and photos, such as watering dates, repotting, or health issues. Updates help track growth and identify care patterns, creating a detailed log of the plant’s journey.

Plant Database: A resource for plant information, allowing users to browse profiles for reference, even if the plants aren’t in their collection. It’s perfect for tracking wishlist plants or marking blacklisted ones. The database comes preloaded with 15 popular plants, and users can expand it as needed. Each profile includes essential details like light, water, and soil needs, serving as a helpful tool for keeping plants healthy and documenting specific care requirements.

Plant Care Calendar: Helps users track and organize all plant care tasks, ensuring plant maintenance stays on schedule throughout the month.

Plant Care Guides: A resource library designed to help users master various aspects of plant care. Each guide offers detailed, easy-to-follow information in a structured format.

Resource Library: An organized space for plant-related materials like articles, videos, books, and notes. Divided into Resources, Books, and Notes sections, it simplifies categorizing and retrieving information. A navigation menu allows quick switching between sections, while the Quick Actions panel makes adding new items effortless.

Inventory: Helps users track plant care supplies like soil, pots, and fertilizers. It’s perfect for managing quantities, monitoring stock levels, and planning repurchases when supplies run low.

Plant Hospital: Helps track plants that need extra care. Set a plant’s Status to Struggling to add it here. The plant will appear in the gallery for easy monitoring and management. Once recovered, update its Status to Alive to move it back to the main collection.

Plant Cemetery: For plants that didn’t survive. Set a plant’s Status to R.I.P. to move it here. It will appear in the gallery, allowing users to reflect on its care or decide on repurchasing or blacklisting it.

Propagation Station: A dedicated space for tracking plants currently being propagated. Set the Have property to Propagating to add a plant, and it will appear in the gallery for easy monitoring. Once rooted, update the Have property to Own or Other to move it to the main collection.

Wishlist: A section where users can quickly note plants they'd like to add to their collection. Once researched, users can move wishlist plants to the Plant Database by creating a detailed Plant Profile. By marking the Have property as Wishlist, users can organize these plants alongside their collection for easy tracking.

Plant Counter: A simple widget integrated into the template, allowing users to manually track the total number of plants in their collection. Users can easily update the counter when adding or removing plants, providing a clear overview of their current plant count.
