Draft and review social & LinkedIn posts

Información

Postbeam connects Notion to your LinkedIn content workflow so you can draft, review, schedule, and analyze posts without leaving the chat.

Once connected with your Postbeam account, Notion works directly with your real posts, your writing guidance, and your performance data. Turning a chat box into the place you actually run your LinkedIn presence & strategy.

Draft in your voice, from your real work:
Ask Notion to write a post and it pulls in your Postbeam content training, your mission, audience, format rules, and content sources so every draft sounds like you, not generic. Because it's working inside Notion, it can also draw raw material from the other tools you've connected (Slack threads, Gmail, meeting recorders like Fellow or Granola) and turn a real customer calls, shipped features, or team wins into finished posts. Drafts are saved straight into Postbeam for review.

Edit, organize, and manage your queue:
Review your most recent drafts, pull up any single post, and edit its copy or title — all by chatting. You can attach media: images, video, or carousel posts. List posts by status (draft, approved, scheduled) to see exactly where everything stands.

Approve and schedule when you're ready:
When a draft is ready, Notion can approve it and schedule it to publish to your connected LinkedIn at a specific time. Nothing publishes automatically drafts stay drafts until a person decides otherwise, and approving or scheduling respects the permissions on your account.

Understand what's working:
Ask what's performing and get answers from your cached analytics: account-level totals (impressions, reactions, comments, reshares, followers gained, members reached) with a daily trend, plus per-post breakdowns over 30-, 90-, or 365-day windows. Use it to spot your best formats and hooks, then immediately draft your next post in that proven style.

Built for teams and agencies:
Postbeam supports multiple accounts in one place. Notion can list every account you can access, so agencies and teams can switch between clients or teammates and keep each person's drafts, approvals, and analytics cleanly separated.

Cómo se usa

Get Started with Postbeam + Notion

Postbeam connects your Notion AI workspace to your LinkedIn content workflow. Once connected, you can use Notion Agents to create, manage, schedule, and analyze LinkedIn content using your real Postbeam account.

1. Connect Postbeam to Notion

Connect your Postbeam account to Notion as a new connection.

Once connected, Notion can access the Postbeam tools available to your account, including your content training, drafts, scheduled posts, connected LinkedIn accounts, and analytics.

You don't need to copy and paste your Postbeam content guidance into Notion. Postbeam provides it automatically when an agent needs it.

2. Start by asking Notion what you want to do

You can use natural language. For example:

  • "Draft a LinkedIn post about our latest product launch."
  • "Turn this customer call into a LinkedIn post."
  • "Show me my latest drafts."
  • "What posts are scheduled this week?"
  • "Show me my best-performing posts from the last 90 days."
  • "Rewrite this draft to make the hook stronger."

Notion can combine information from Postbeam with information available in your Notion workspace and other connected tools.

3. Create posts from your real work

Ask Notion to turn things you've already worked on into LinkedIn content.

For example:

"Look at our recent product updates and draft a LinkedIn post about the most interesting one."

The agent can use your Postbeam content training, audience, writing guidance, and content sources to create a draft that fits your existing LinkedIn strategy.

Drafts are saved to Postbeam so you can review them before anything is published.

4. Review and edit your content

You can ask Notion to find and manage your Postbeam drafts.

Try:

  • "Show me my latest 5 drafts."
  • "Pull up my draft about AI."
  • "Change the title of this post."
  • "Rewrite the opening paragraph."
  • "Add this image to the post."
  • "List all my posts that are waiting for approval."

You can work with text, images, video, and carousel posts.

5. Approve and schedule

Nothing gets published just because an agent creates a draft.

When you're happy with a post, explicitly ask Notion to approve or schedule it.

For example:

"Approve this post and schedule it for Tuesday at 9 AM."

6. Use your analytics to improve your content

You can also ask Notion about what's working on LinkedIn.

For example:

  • "What were my best-performing posts in the last 90 days?"
  • "Which topics are getting the most engagement?"
  • "What formats perform best for me?"
  • "Show me my LinkedIn performance over the last 30 days."
  • "Based on my best-performing posts, draft my next post."

Postbeam provides account-level and per-post performance data, including impressions, reactions, comments, reshares, followers gained, and members reached.

7. Working with multiple accounts

If you manage multiple LinkedIn accounts, Postbeam can keep them separated.

You can ask Notion which Postbeam accounts you have access to and work with the appropriate account's drafts, posts, approvals, and analytics.

For example:

"Show me the accounts I can access."

Then:

"For the Acme account, show me the latest drafts."

A simple workflow to start

If you're not sure what to do first, try this:

Connect Postbeam → Ask Notion to draft a post → Review it → Approve it → Schedule it → Check your analytics → Draft the next one.
