DataTools Pro

Overview

DataTools Pro is a metadata management and metrics governance solution for Salesforce. DataTools Pro metrics glossary provides a "publish to Notion", allowing admins to distribute a metrics glossary as a knowledge asset inside of Notion. This secured integration allows you to seamlessly push metrics definitions as a database inside of Notion.

How to use

Step 1: Access Notion settings page at https://app.datatoolspro.com/user/notion
Step 2: Click “Connect DataTols Pro to Notion button.
Step 3. Proceed to grant permission from DataTools Pro to publish to Notion by clicking Next.
Step 4- Select the appropriate option for how DataTools Pro should publish to your Notion instance.
Step 5. Open your DataTools Pro metrics glossary
Step 6. Click the Notion icon
Step 7. Select the page that you would like post your metrics glossary
Step 8. Open Notion to view your published metrics glossary
