Bette than I thought
Not my typical thing to do, but the template is very user-friendly. It allows you to be in control of your training. Most fitness apps keep you locked in so that you can only use the exercises they put in. This one, uses the crazy flexibility of Notion and puts that control we all say we want IN our hands. Extrememly happy with it.Z
