Overview

Meeting Copilot runs every morning to brief you on the day's upcoming meetings and turns yesterday's action items into tasks before you forget them. You stay focused on the work, not the admin.

Who it's for

Anyone who attends regular meetings and wants to stay on top of agendas and follow-ups without manual effort.

What's included

• Morning briefing: Pulls your calendar each day at 7:00 AM, skipping declined meetings, and focuses on meetings that have attendees
• Agenda creation: Creates or updates a page in your Meetings database with a concise, verb-first agenda drawn from related pages and prior notes
• Context gathering: Searches your workspace for relevant pages, past meeting notes, and recent activity tied to each meeting's topic and attendees
• Follow-up capture: Reviews yesterday's meeting notes and transcripts to extract concrete action items and creates tasks in your Tasks database
• Deduplication: Matches new tasks against existing ones to avoid creating duplicates
• Source linking: Attaches a link back to the source meeting page on every task it creates
• Mention trigger: Can also be triggered on demand by mentioning the agent in Notion

How to use it

1. Connect your calendar: Link your calendar so the agent can read your daily schedule.
2. Set up your databases: Make sure you have a Meetings database and a Tasks database in your Notion workspace. The agent will use these to write agendas and log tasks.
3. Let it run: The agent activates automatically at 7:00 AM each day. No action needed on your part for the daily routine.
4. Review your briefing: Open your Meetings database each morning to find freshly prepared agenda pages for each upcoming meeting.
5. Check your tasks: After meetings, find captured follow-ups waiting in your Tasks database, each linked back to its source meeting page.
