Hey there,
It seems to be an anomaly and is a widespread issue among the Notion community/system. It is a noted issue across the Notion community, and I am currently troubleshooting this.
Just to assist with my troubleshooting and trying to recreate this issue, could you let me know whether your are using the Notion app or a browser, and if so what is the version (the browser or app version). I think this may be the issue, though not 100% sure yet.
