I needed this for my ADHD
This template is really great and helps put a visual to my priorities and entire plate.
The first table is perfect for brain dumping tasks, and choosing just from Important? or Urgent? is an effective way to prioritize and alleviates the decision paralysis neurodivergent folks are too familiar with.
Currently, I'm using this for my life admin tasks but will definitely adopt it for work as well. Thank you!A
