نبذة عن هذا الوكيل
Stop manually checking what your content system produced this week.
If you are running any kind of content operation — whether fully automated with the Content Repurposing Bundle or a mix of automated and manual — you need visibility into what was produced, what is waiting for your review, what was published, and what needs your attention.
This agent gives you that visibility automatically every Friday morning without opening Notion once.
The Weekly Report Agent runs on a schedule every Friday at your chosen time. It queries your Raw Content database and your Content Calendar database, compiles everything that happened that week across your entire content pipeline, and sends you a clean structured email summary before your working day starts.
One email. Complete picture. Every week.
What it does:
→ Runs automatically every Friday at your chosen time — no manual trigger needed → Queries your Raw Content database — how many inputs were processed, what formats were identified, what was skipped → Queries your Content Calendar database — drafts produced, statuses, word counts, scheduled and published dates → Compiles a structured weekly summary covering at a glance numbers, drafts ready for review, published content, items needing attention, and what is coming up next week → Sends the complete report to your email via Notion Mail → Never writes to any database — read only, always
What you get:
→ Automated Friday morning content report delivered to your inbox every week → Complete pipeline visibility — raw inputs, drafts produced, published content, and anything stuck or skipped all in one email → Coming up next week section — so you always know what is approved and ready for the week ahead → Needs your attention section — flags anything sitting at Queued or Skipped so nothing falls through the cracks → Clean consistent report structure every week — same format, same sections, easy to scan in 5 minutes → Setup guide included covering standalone use, full bundle setup, email configuration, and troubleshooting
How it works:
The agent triggers on a schedule every Friday at your chosen time. It reads from your Raw Content database and Content Calendar database, calculates the current week's date range, filters all entries to the current week, compiles the report sections, and sends the finished email to your address via Notion Mail. It updates nothing in either database — it is purely a read and report agent.
The report arrives with a subject line in the format: [YOUR COMPANY] Content Report — Week [number] — [date]. Inside you get at a glance numbers at the top, then section by section detail so you can scan quickly and action what needs attention.
Perfect for: Founders, content creators, marketers, and business owners running any kind of content operation in Notion who want complete weekly visibility without manually checking databases or compiling status updates themselves.
Replaces: Manual database checks on Friday, digging through Notion to find what is ready to review, forgetting what was published that week, and losing track of what is stuck in the pipeline.
Requirements: Notion Business or Enterprise plan. Notion Mail connected to workspace.
Part of the Content Repurposing Agent Bundle
This agent is designed to work as part of a 4-agent content system built entirely inside Notion.
The full bundle includes:
→ Content Orchestrator Agent — analyses raw content, decides formats, writes structured briefs, creates Content Calendar entries automatically → LinkedIn Agent — picks up LinkedIn entries and writes finished posts in your voice → Article Agent — picks up Article entries and writes publish-ready long form articles → Weekly Report Agent (this agent) — runs every Friday, compiles everything produced that week, emails you a summary
How the bundle works together:
The Orchestrator, LinkedIn Agent, and Article Agent run throughout the week producing content automatically from your raw inputs. The Weekly Report Agent sits at the end of the pipeline. Every Friday it reads everything the other three agents produced, compiles it into a single email, and delivers it to your inbox.
The more the other three agents are running, the more valuable this agent becomes. A fully installed bundle gives you a content operation that runs entirely without your manual input during the week — and a Friday morning email that tells you exactly what it produced.
Using this agent as a standalone:
This agent works as a standalone if you have a Content Calendar database with the right properties set up.
If you install only the Weekly Report Agent, it will still query your Content Calendar every Friday and report on whatever entries exist. You would be creating and updating those entries manually rather than having the other agents do it automatically — but the reporting works correctly regardless.
The setup guide lists the exact Content Calendar properties needed for the report to compile accurately. If you already have a Content Calendar database in Notion, you may only need to add one or two properties to make it compatible.

This agent completes the Content Repurposing Bundle — a 4-agent content system where every agent does one focused job and the database connects them all.
The Orchestrator thinks. The LinkedIn Agent and Article Agent write. This agent reports. Four agents. Four jobs. One content operation that runs without you.
This is what well-architected agent systems look like — not one bloated agent trying to do everything, but focused agents working together through shared data.

P.S. This agent is part of a 4-agent bundle. The Content Orchestrator, LinkedIn Agent, and Article Agent are listed separately on the Notion Marketplace. If you cannot find them yet, they may still be in the submission and review stage. Send me an email at [[email protected]] and I will share them with you directly as soon as they are live.
