Overview

User connects Notion

In LolaSlay onboarding, user clicks Connect Notion.
We use Notion OAuth to request access to the user’s workspace.
User authorizes and is redirected back to LolaSlay.
User selects workspace/page

LolaSlay reads available Notion pages the user has access to.
User selects the root page/database where campaign data should live.
LolaSlay syncs campaign data into Notion

We create/update structured records (campaigns, creators, outreach status, replies, activity context).
Sync keeps Notion as the team’s shared source of truth.
Team operates from Notion + LolaSlay together

LolaSlay handles discovery/automation logic.
Notion provides visibility, organization, collaboration, and auditability for the team.
Ongoing updates

As campaign state changes in LolaSlay, linked Notion records are updated so the workspace stays current.

How to use

Log in to LolaSlay

Open LolaSlay and sign in using Facebook Login (you must have access to Instagram Creator Marketplace).
Connect your Notion account

Go to onboardingand click Connect Notion.
Authorize access in Notion OAuth.
Choose where data should sync

Select the Notion workspace/page (root location) where campaign data will be managed.
Create or open a campaign in LolaSlay

Connect Gamail
Connect Messaging Channel (to talk to the Lola Agent)

Start creator discovery and outreach workflows in LolaSlay.
Track everything in Notion

Open your selected Notion area to see synced campaign records, creator status, and updates.
Keep working in LolaSlay

As you send outreach, receive replies, or update campaign progress, Notion stays in sync automatically.
Use Notion for collaboration

Share the synced Notion pages with teammates for planning, review, approvals, and reporting.
