A thoughtful structure for ideation
This template is really useful to turn learnings into opportunities and from there generate solution directions and hypotheses. Previously we easily jumped to solutions based on assumptions. With this template, we found a structure to be more thoughtful and focused when generating solution ideas. Everything is connected and in one place, allowing the team to track reasoning and find alignment. If someone brings up an idea, we can revisit and check, whether this has been explored already. Can highly recommend for product teams, founders, or anyone who wants a clearer path from research insights to actionable solution ideas.
