Novice personal trainer
With my experience following structured programs and understanding the importance and huge benefits of it, I knew that I wanted to offer my clients a similar program. I really love the layout and blocks in this template which allows me to edit and tailor individualised training routines and track them on a monthly schedule that both the client and myself can easily access. It's pretty simple to use and looks great. The Spotify embed is so unique and really enhances the whole user experience. Will definitely recommend for anyone in the fitness community looking for a simple but effective way to design and track workouts.A
