NoteForms helps you create beautiful forms to fill your Notion databases, customize them, add advanced logic, connect integrations and more. With this integration, forms are created from your existing Notion databases, and submissions are directly stored in your Notion databases.

• In NoteForms, fill the registration form and create an account

• On the “Get Started” page, select Login with Notion on the left and authorize your Notion workspace to start creating forms
