Connect your team’s Notion workspace to Front AI and enhance customer communication with knowledge-powered responses. By integrating Notion as a knowledge source, Front AI can leverage your team’s documentation, wikis, and project information to generate more accurate, contextual, and helpful responses for your customers.

1. Click the gear icon, then navigate to your workspace settings.
2. Select Front AI, then navigate to the Knowledge sources section.
3. Click Add source, select Application source, then click New application source to add a new one.
4. In the pop-up, fill in the following fields: Application: Select the application source you’d like to connect. Name: Enter the internal name for your application source
5. Enter the login credentials to authenticate with your application source, then click Continue.
6. Select the pages you’d like to connect to Front, then click Allow access. You can select pages from the Teamspaces, Shared, and Private sections in Notion.

Click Add new source.
