Profit.co OKR for KPI

Overview

Profit.co is an AI-powered strategy execution platform designed to align enterprise strategy with execution and workforce performance. It supports strategy management through OKRs, Hoshin Kanri, Balanced Scorecards, and strategy roadmaps; performance management through reviews, recognition, and pulse surveys; and execution through project portfolios, tasks, and timesheets. Profit.co enables disciplined execution, visibility, and measurable outcomes across the organization.

How to use

1. Authorize the Integration If it's your first time using Profit.co with Notion, navigate to your Profit.co account settings and enable the Notion integration. Follow the authorization prompts to grant Profit.co access to your Notion workspace.

2. Connect Your Notion Database. Once authorized, go to your Profit.co Preferences → Integrations and click "Manage" for Notion. Enter your Connection name and Database ID process the Oauth to establish the connection.

3. Set Up Automated Check-ins When creating a Key Result in Profit.co, select "Automate Check-in" and choose Notion from the connection dropdown. Configure your database query to automatically pull data from your Notion database.

4. Sync Data Automatically Profit.co will automatically fetch the latest data from your Notion database and update your Key Result progress. This enables real-time tracking of your OKRs powered by your Notion data.

5. Supported KPI Types This integration works with Increase KPI, Decrease KPI, and Control KPI types.
