SpeakNotes

Overview

SpeakNotes connects to your Notion workspace to sync transcriptions and summaries directly to a Notion database.

When you connect SpeakNotes to Notion, you select or create a database where your notes will be stored. Each summary becomes a new page in that database with properties for title, date created, content type (meeting, lecture, podcast, etc.), format, and status.

You can enable auto-export to automatically send new summaries to Notion as soon as they're created, or manually export individual notes. Bulk export lets you sync your entire SpeakNotes library at once.

The integration maps SpeakNotes fields to your Notion database properties, so your notes stay organized and searchable within your existing Notion setup.

How to use

1. Sign in to your SpeakNotes account at speaknotes.io and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
2. Click "Connect" next to Notion and authorize SpeakNotes to access your Notion workspace.
3. Select the Notion page where you want your SpeakNotes database to be created.
4. Choose your sync preferences: enable auto-sync to automatically send new summaries to Notion, or manually sync individual summaries.
5. Create a new summary in SpeakNotes by uploading audio, video, a YouTube link, or recording directly.
6. Your summary will automatically appear in your Notion database with the title, content, date, and source type.
