Portalize helps teams safely share Notion databases with external clients.
It creates secure, client-facing portals on top of your existing Notion workspace, allowing you to define client-safe views, control which fields are visible, and ensure each client only sees data scoped to them.
Clients access shared data through Portalize, they never access your Notion workspace directly. This prevents accidental exposure of internal notes, drafts, or other clients’ data, while letting you keep Notion as your source of truth.
How to use
Portalize uses the Notion integration to connect your workspace during Portalize onboarding. 1. Goto the installation url. Install Portalize and connect your Notion workspace via OAuth. 2. Select the Notion database you want to share with clients. 3. Create a client-safe view by choosing which fields are visible and how records are scoped. 4. Invite clients to Portalize so they can log in and view their data. 5. Continue managing your data in Notion — changes sync automatically to the client portal.
