This template is great as a strategic compass for our team. Especially in the initial stages of product development, it allows us to keep an overview about competitors, products and features in one place. Before, we got lost in maintaining separate spreadsheets or one-off reports. Now everything is organized and traceable. I like, how it provides a 1:1 comparison to our product. Thereby, we were able to identify our positioning in the market. It revealed opportunities and helped us to identify gaps to be competitive. After the initial mapping and analysis, we are now able to use it as a working system that guides our product strategy.G
