After the timed brainstorming session, ask participants to vote on their top three adjectives.
4. Summarize and Consolidate: It is important to consolidate the ideas and summarize your brand voice. Ask participants to identify three traits that represent what your organization IS and three traits that represent what it is NOT. Next, craft a "because" statement for each set of traits.
