Absolutely perfect
Easy to use, clean layout, and much needed stats. The symptoms buttons were easy to change to make sure which stat was being tracked. I really really appreciate the monthly Average of symptoms are shown, along with this being a non-ending template. Kudos!L

Love it!
This template is exactly what I was looking for. It's very organized and helpful. I wanted a way to track my mood after a transition to new medication and supplements and it is perfect for that.J
