a perfection for an overthinker
it's amazing how i just learned about cbt journaling, it super usefull, i can now handle my emotions better. and this template is a perfect place to start

I LOVE THIS
I saw this template a while ago and I started using it after I saw this in therapy. It's extremely useful and it explains everything incredibly well. It has helped me a lot with my anxiety and negative thinking. I LOVE IT.
