One of my favorite templates to use
I love it and have a copy for rewards, journaling, etc... But with ADHD and other mental health challenges, I have random page indexes set up for fun quests for when I am feeling well. A list of Struggling or hurting pages with activities, journaling questions to shift my mood, links to content creators that always boost my mood or a couple of their videos embedded in the pages, and other good ideas that help especially when it is at a time that I am not ready or able to talk to anyone else. This is both fun and useful.
