We moved the team off of Trello and into Notion. We set up an internal operating system for them to manage client work in a more dynamic and connected way.  Now, the team has internal dashboards for all clients where they can manage projects, tasks, and client documentation. They also have client-facing portals where they can field incoming ticket requests, receive feedback and provide updates on pending client contracts.

Done-for-you workspace & teamspace implementation. Includes building custom databases & templates, HQ and backend pages, native/external integrations & automations, workspace documentation & custom training videos or post-project support.  This is a flat rate project fee.


Custom Workspace Builds 

We deep-dive into your existing workspace, reviewing your workspace architecture and database design. We compile notes and recommended changes to help you refresh & optimize your space.  Includes a 1-hour call to review recommendations. This is a flat rate service. 

Workspace Audit

After an audit has been completed, we can implement the recommended revisions to your workspace. This includes cleaning up database design, page formatting, and setting up simple and sustainable teamspace architecture.  This service is charged hourly.

Existing Workspace Revisions

We can advise you on mapping out a workspace plan including what databases and pages to create and where to place them in the workspace. This service is for clients who do not have an existing workspace and who want to build themselves. This is a flat rate service.
