Yes, this template has job seeker goals, advice, and a calendar - but what really sets it apart, to me, is the amount of motivation and encouragement. I love all the good vibes, from the chill playlist to the prompts to write yourself an encouraging letter, and to remember the kind things others have said about you. This gives you the extra gas for your tank on those weeks where you had to add one-too-many applications to the "ghosted" tracker. The examples and step-by-step guidance are a detailed touch as well. I used to work in career services at a major university, and I used to wish my students had something like this to help keep them on track for job searches. Everyone, from entry-level to senior/principle, can benefit from this tool.N
