Suptask – Slack Ticketing with AI
Resolve Slack tickets faster using your Notion knowledge base. Suptask connects Notion to your Slack support workflow in two ways:

AI-assisted resolution — automatically surfaces answers from your Notion pages when tickets come in
Agentic chat — agents query, summarise, and sync knowledge between Slack and Notion without leaving Slack

Agents stay in control — any changes require explicit approval before they're made.

How to use

When a ticket arrives, Suptask's AI pulls context from Notion and suggests a ready-to-send answer — agents approve, edit, or ignore it before anything reaches the customer.
Agents can also chat with @Suptask directly in the ticket thread to query and summarise across Notion and Slack. Every AI answer cites its sources, and any content changes require explicit approval.
