Designed and built a structured task and workflow system in Notion, featuring dependencies, prioritization, and multiple views (dashboard, timeline, and execution tracking). It shows how to keep workflows clear and usable as tasks, projects, and collaborators grow, while maintaining visibility and making execution easier for solopreneurs.

Automated Task Management System

Designed a centralized company homepage and knowledge hub to reduce the time spent searching for internal information as part of my Notion Consulting Partner certification. Structured around key employee needs (tasks, wiki, policies) and enhanced with a contextual AI assistant that provides grounded answers. Focused on improving access to information, reducing repetitive questions, and supporting faster onboarding.
