The Phase × Notion integration securely syncs your active Notion tasks into Phase, where each task is evaluated based on what kind of thinking it requires. Phase then ranks those tasks against your biology - using health data like your current cycle phase and associated cognitive strengths to show which work is the best fit for today and which may be better saved for later.
Phase helps you prioritise tasks using biological alignment alongside practical signals like priority and due date, so you can plan work more intentionally instead of relying on urgency alone. It also helps you look ahead, showing when certain types of work are likely to feel more natural in the coming days and weeks. Your Notion workspace stays unchanged: Phase is read-only and ranks your tasks inside Phase only
How to use
1. If you haven't already, create an account with Phase (https://my.phaseapp.io/app) 2. Once signed in, open settings in Phase and enable the Notion integration 3. Sign in to Notion and approve the requested permissions so your tasks can sync to Phase 4. Return to the Tasks screen in Phase on desktop or mobile 5. View your imported Notion tasks in Phase 6. Use Phase to rank tasks based on biological alignment, priority, due date, or a combination of these
