found a little mistake perhaps
Hi, great template, but I beleive, that monthly payment should by calculated solely on interest vs loan amount and not by using APRC. Processing fee is usually already paid at the very beginning of the process. Your calculation suppose, it is part of monthly payment and incluses it into loan itself.S
