Notion Audit
A structured diagnosis of your current Notion setup — for solo entrepreneurs and small teams who know something isn't working, but need clarity before deciding what to fix. I review your workspace, your workflows, and how your team actually operates day to day, then map exactly what's creating friction, what to fix first, and what a better system needs to support. You walk away with a prioritized roadmap, not a vague list of suggestions — so you know exactly where to start, whether that's a quick cleanup yourself or a larger rebuild with me.Notion Operating System
A full operating system for your business, built in Notion over an 8+ week engagement — for mid-size companies (20-150 people) whose knowledge is scattered across tools like Confluence, Drive, Sheets, or Pitch, with teams solving the same problems in different places. We set milestones together, meet weekly to build and test as we go, and design the architecture — knowledge base, databases, workflows, dashboards, permissions, documentation — around how your teams actually work, not a generic template. The goal isn't a beautiful workspace. It's a system your team trusts enough to actually use, built to scale as the business evolves, with the option of ongoing support once we launch.Change Management & Rollout Support
Helping your team actually adopt the system, not just receive it. For businesses rolling out a new or newly rebuilt Notion setup company-wide, I run the training sessions, write the documentation, and build a rollout plan so the switch doesn't stall at everyone meaning to use it eventually. This includes stakeholder buy-in support, role-specific training, clear written guides your team can reference without booking my time, and a follow-up check-in to catch what isn't sticking before it becomes a habit of going back to the old tools.Custom Templates
Purpose-built Notion templates and database structures designed around how you or your audience actually works — not a generic template pulled off a marketplace. For one client's productivity course, that meant a full UX/UI redesign plus custom button-based interactions that made the templates easier and more enjoyable to use — the kind of small touches that make people actually want to open the tool, not dread it. If it's for your own course, product, or personal system, I bring the same attention to structure and feel, not just function.
