I automate repetitive work and connect Notion with the other tools you use. This can include client onboarding, follow-ups, project creation, notifications, reporting, and more.
Notion AI & Agents
I add AI to your Notion workspace to help your team work faster. This can include AI agents, automatic reports, summaries, finding information, creating content, and other AI-powered workflows.
Notion Workspace Audit & Improvement
Already using Notion but your workspace feels messy or difficult to manage? I review your current setup, find what can be improved, and rebuild or simplify it so it’s easier for you and your team to use.

Exactly What a Small Business Back-Office Should Be
I hired Simo Nation LLC (Mohamed Haida) to build a custom Notion-based back-office operating system for my two businesses: a workforce solutions consultancy and a consulting brokerage. The scope was significant: a relational database architecture covering client management, contractor management, recruiting, contracts, and engagement-level profitability tracking, with Make.com automations, PandaDoc integration, and a Cal.com scheduling layer.
What set this engagement apart was Mohamed's ability to translate complex operational workflows into a clean, maintainable system, and to do it in a way that I, as a non-technical business owner, could actually understand and own after handoff. The documentation was thorough, the implementation was properly sequenced, and he was responsive to my questions and pushback throughout the process.
I came in knowing enough to ask hard questions, and he earned my trust by answering them. If you're a small business owner who wants a real system and not just a pretty workspace, Simo Nation LLC is worth serious consideration.D

Custom Agency Dashboard
Simo did a great job creating a custom dashboard for me to run my media production agency. I was able to work inside of it for a few weeks, and he made the final changes to really make it feel perfect for what I needed. I'd highly recommend him.C

Exceptional Notion Expertise with Outstanding Strategic Vision
Simo was an outstanding partner in building our production, project, and finance tracking system in Notion. Beyond his deep expertise with Notion, what truly sets him apart is his ability to think far ahead and anticipate challenges before they arise — like a chess master planning ten moves ahead. Thanks to his strategic mindset, we were able to get a highly efficient and fully operational system from the very first delivery, without going through endless, time-consuming iterations.
I strongly recommend Simo for any ambitious project requiring sharp logic, clear structure, and high performance.E

Workflow Optimisation
Working with Simo was a really great experience. He’s incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to Notion — there’s pretty much nothing he can’t figure out.
What stood out most was the speed he worked at and how well he communicated with both me and my team throughout. He helped set up client portals and refined our internal workflows, which has genuinely improved how we operate day-to-day.
He’s been super helpful, easy to work with, and always quick to respond. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to optimise their Notion setup and streamline their processes.T

Exceeded Expectation
Simo did an amazing job helping me design my Notion page. Notion is a very powerful tool but at times it can get overwhelming for me. Reached out to Simo to simplify the process. He did all the heavy lifting, which left me room to actually work. Highly recommend.J
