Dashboard for Student Life
About this template
The home tab will give you a glance of your school timetable, upcoming shifts for work, and a weekly checklist of habits to track. On the left side of the home page, there are sub links to pages dedicated to tracking personal, school, health and budget habits.
The personal tab will show a preview of your weekly, monthly, and yearly goals (examples are provided on the template). Upon scrolling you will come across a calendar where you can submit upcoming events to keep track of.
Then you will find two sections dedicated to book and recipe ratings (some examples are on the template already).
Next you will come across weekly planner subpages monday - sunday and food tracker for each month.
The weekly planner has a place to input activities after school (mon-fri) or throughout the day (sat-sun), a place to check off daily habits (e.g. 2 waters and 2 teas a day), and your daily food.
The food tracker lets you see in plain view what you have ate for breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner (there is only october to december because I made this tracker as of end of September 2024 so I didn't prior months but you can easily create a new page for the new months and copy and past over the template). You can use the food tracker to keep health goals in mind, or if you are like me and have an allergy so tracking your food can help track down what made you sick.
Finally you will find a daily checklist for the morning before you go to school (mon-fri) and after school (mon-fri), and for a whole day (individual ones for sat and sun). I've left my daily checklist as an example.
In the school tab you will once again find your school timetable, a place to put in your extra-curriculars and 2 subpages leading to a place to put your school work (mine say unit 3 and 4 because I am about to go into year 12, but you can easily change them to fit what suits you e.g. semester 1 and semester 2).
You will then find an assessment calendar where you can upload upcoming assessment.
Next there is a table where you can upload academic goals, and a study session counter.
Then you will find the weather for the week and a pomodoro timer and a weekly planner for your study schedule.
Finally below there is a link to the animated cover I use if you want to make new pages and want the same cover.
In the health section you will find a workout weekly schedule and a daily journal to fill out about what you are grateful for, a book you read, and a friend you spoke to (feel free to edit the journals to suit you).
Lastly in the budget section you will find a spot to document the money in your spendings, short-term savings and your long-term savings. As you scroll you will find four tables where you can input your income, outcome, transfers, and saving goals.
I hope you enjoy this template and find it useful!
